The mission of “The Needs Based Method”® is to believe that once a person understands their past experiences and how those experiences have influenced their behavior they now have the conscious ability to shift their behavior and belief system. Alina J. Ugas, Program Director and President

Alina J. Ugas, Program Director and President of “The Needs Based Method”®, is result-oriented, high-energy, hands-on Healthcare Administrator, with a successful record of accomplishments in the medical field for over 30 years. Alina is a licensed Adult Residential Care Facility Administrator by the State of California since 2010. Certified in Dementia and Certified Recovery Coach by California Association of Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Counselors. Alina is experienced in administrative duties, training, quality assurance, and customer service with a focus on providing the recipient with the highest quality of information as well as problem solving.
